Architect Bhumika Jain has quietly reshaped the identity of her hometown by proposing a visionary initiative, the renovation of its historic old fort. For her, architecture wasn’t just about structures, it was about reviving heritage, nurturing pride, and restoring a shared sense of belonging.

In 2018, she became the first architect from her town to be formally recognised, a milestone proudly featured in Haryana Dainik Bhaskar.
